The reasons to call are public. They’re just scattered.
They sit across dozens of registers, each with its own search and none joined to the next. Joining them by hand takes hours a building, so most teams call cold, and the reason to call is often found after a competitor has found it.

One answer for each building: who to look for, why now, and where each fact came from
Every fact has a source and a date.

And more
Proptech, sensors, security, cleaning, insurance. If your customer owns, runs or occupies a commercial building, Locarum is for you.
I spent five years leading teams selling into commercial real estate at proptech companies. Knowing which building had a reason to buy, and why now, was always the slow, complicated part. So I built Locarum, the tool I always wanted.
Questions
How is this different from Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Those tools find people. Locarum finds the reason to call: which building has something happening, why now, and the job title to look for. Then you find the person in the tool you already use.
Where does the data come from?
Published public records, such as energy performance certificates, councils' planning applications and business rates lists, Companies House, The Gazette and more. Every fact on screen says which source it came from, and when.
How up to date is it?
Most sources are checked every day or every week. Every fact shows the date it was published, so you can see how recent it is.
Is the data licensed, and do you hold personal data?
Locarum's public records are all published for re-use, and each source's licence is checked before it is added. A web search, when you spend a credit on one, reads public web pages and says which page each finding came from. Locarum never stores people's names or contact details: it tells you the role to look for instead.
When can I use it?
Locarum opens to people on the waitlist in the order they joined. We'll email you when your place comes up.
What will it cost?
